Fluentbody is a practice that combines somatic therapy, imagery-inspired movement, and breath work. Participants are encouraged to move intuitively, let go of judgement, and feel and release emotions being stored in their bodies.

Combining this practice with Bill’s intentional sharing of cacao will allow participants to connect deeply with themselves and each other, enjoying a unique somatic movement experience at the cottages.
