As We Wake is a nonprofit organization that continues this tradition, holding ceremonial experiences in a sacred and reverent light. We believe in the power of ceremony to connect people to Interbeing awareness, the core identity beyond your individual self that is what you really are. This awareness opens the door to deeper connection, understanding, integrity, and joy.
Our Offerings
Preparation & Integration
We will help you understand the nature of ceremonial experiences, explore your intentions in the context of your unique psychological background, and how to integrate the experience for sustained benefits.
Ceremony
Ceremony spans meditation, breathwork, connection to Interbeing awareness, and more. We facilitate one-on-one and for small groups. Our values center on transcendence, connection, play, inspiration, and creativity.
Expert Facilitators
The AWW team is led by Dr. Tomas Frymann, Columbia University PhD in Spirituality & Psychology, who has worked worldwide facilitating experiences connecting people to self transcendence and Interbeing.
The Ceremony Process
1. Membership
Become a member of As We Wake (You’ll gain access to our WhatsApp group!), and explore our website and educational resources.
2. Intake Form
Fill out our confidential Intake Form so we can see if an individual or small group guided ceremonial experience with As We Wake is a good mutual fit.
3. Ceremony
After your ceremony on-site at Ecotopia, you may choose to reach out to one of our trusted counselors for private integration sessions, or find a range of providers here.
